You’ve probably seen this a lot lately…#100daysofhappy. This new trend that has taken social media by storm is a challenge to see who can be happy 100 days in a row. Are you up for the challenge?

100 days of happy According to 100HappyDays.com, “71 percent of people tried to complete this challenge, but failed quoting lack of time as the main reason. These people simply did not have time to be happy. Do you?” So how does this happiness test work? Challenger’s are asked to post a photo with something that makes them happy that day. It can be a picture of a good deed, a joyful moment, or simply a delicious piece of cake for dessert. Users are asked to use the hashtag #100HappyDays and post their photos on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr or through e-mail. what makes you happy converse shoes The goal? To have 100 happy moments to reflect on and transform the publics’ outlook on life. 

The website explains, “people successfully completing the challenge claimed to start noticing what makes them happy every day, be in a better mood every day, start receiving more compliments from other people, realize how lucky they are to have the life they have, become more optimistic, fall in love during the challenge.”

The website has a signup form at the bottom to record all 100 happy days. It claims to send users a little 100 page book with each challengers happy days if completed.
